Why We Start Crate Training Early
At Luxurious Doodle, we begin crate training before your puppy ever leaves our care. By the time they arrive at your door, the crate is already a familiar, beloved space.
Hour 1–4 (Arrival): Keep things calm. Let your puppy explore at their own pace.

When you watch a puppy on video, you learn things that no photograph can communicate:

We collect information you provide directly through our inquiry forms, including name, email, phone, and specific placement details. To provide a seamless, high-end digital experience, our site uses industry-standard automated technologies (such as cookies and pixels) to understand how visitors interact with our Bespoke collection and to optimize our services.

Information is used solely to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, facilitate placements, and provide a curated browsing experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with outside marketers.

Vet Exam Requirement
Every companion must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of arrival. Failure voids all guarantees.
1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
1-year guarantee against life-altering hereditary conditions. Remedy: replacement puppy or refund not exceeding 50% of purchase price. Deposits and delivery fees are non-refundable.
14–30 Day Return Window
Unfit for sale finding within 14–30 days, with written vet documentation, Priscilla contacted before/during/after the vet visit, and puppy returned in same condition: full refund or replacement.
⚠️ Exclusions
Conditions vaccinated against — parvovirus, distemper, kennel cough (Bordetella)
Conditions treated for prior to placement — parasites, roundworms, hookworms, coccidia, giardia
Fleas and mites — treated prior; not liable for post-delivery infestation
Minor hernias — typically self-resolving; not a life-altering genetic condition
Hypoglycemia — manageable with care instructions provided at placement
Injuries or illness arising after delivery
Failure to contact Priscilla at 847-421-5723 before/during/after any related vet visit — voids all rights
Buyer negligence — failure to follow care instructions, complete 3-day exam, or contact Priscilla
Behavioral issues developing after placement
Ohio Puppy Lemon Law — ORC § 955.50
Luxurious Doodle complies with ORC § 955.50. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Ohio law.
